Antibody Humanization with 5 Methods
To maximize the probability of success, we will humanize the antibody VL and VH sequences using five different strategies. This resulted in five humanized VH and five humanized VL sequences which will be combined to generate a total of 25 humanized antibodies.

Humanized Antibody Activity Restoring Service
We restored the humanized antibody activity in a failed humanization project conducted by another company. Restoring the activity of a humanized antibody is not simply reverting to the amino acids of the murine antibody. It requires individual analysis for each specific case.
